JENNIFER
Implant Treatment Coordinator
Jennifer has been a vital part of Indianapolis Oral Surgery and Dental Implant Center for almost 11 years. She has 25 years of experience in oral surgery as a surgical assistant and has grown to become the best Implant Treatment Coordinator in Indianapolis. Jen oversees the implant experience for our patients from beginning to end. She makes all patients feel comfortable with her down-home approach and is there to answer any questions that come up along the way. She is a true team player and is always there to help her fellow staff.
Jen and her husband have two great kids. She spends her free time catering and gardening.
CHELSAY
Surgical Assistant
Chelsay has been working alongside Dr. Falender since February 2012. She was raised in Rushville. She is very well-versed in assisting in any surgery, from wisdom teeth removal to multiple extractions with intravenous sedation. She strives to help provide each patient with the best possible care and believes that a beautiful smile makes such a difference in the way a person feels. Her passion for people and dentistry shine through, and she looks at the staff as her second family. She enjoys spending time with her boyfriend.
SUZY
Marketing And Special Event Planning
Suzy has worked with Dr. Falender since he opened his practice in 1989, but she has known him since he was in dental school. Dr. Falender and Suzy have been married for over 34 years and have two beautiful children. She started her dental career as a dental hygienist. She had to give it up once she was diagnosed with Retinitis Pigmentosa. Suzy did not let the loss of her vision slow her down. She lectures to grade school classes for “Everyone Counts” and is a team captain for the Foundation Fighting Blindness’ VisionWalk. A few years ago, Suzy went back to school and became a board-certified massage therapist. Her attitude and perseverance are an inspiration to all. She is a great party and event planner and works with referring dental offices and patients.
`LUPE
Front Office Staff
Originally from Chicago, IL, our newest team member, Lupe, comes to us from the banking sector with a great understanding of customer service. Being bilingual, Lupe can converse with our English-speaking and Spanish-speaking patients. She looks forward to helping you. In her spare time, she enjoys jogging and reading.

I was having problems with my teeth, and I was getting ready to lose a bridge, and I just told my dentist, "I just don't like false teeth." And he suggested that I look into the implants, and he worked with Dr. Falender. It's a permanent denture; it is connected to my bones with four screws. The dentist will be able to take them out once or twice a year so that he can clean them and put them right back in there. So at no time will I have to go without teeth. For all my friends in Indianapolis, Terre Haute, Bloomington, Muncie, Indiana - anywhere that they can come - and if they need an All-on-4® procedure done, I highly recommend Dr. Falender.
