If you do not have insurance coverage or assignable insurance, payment is due in full on the day of service. Please note there is a $25.00 fee for a returned check.

At our office, we make every effort to provide you with the finest surgical care and the most convenient financial options.
Oral surgery procedures are frequently covered by both medical and dental insurance. Most medical insurance companies REQUIRE an insurance referral from your physician’s office before we can see you. These referrals can be done electronically, but many REQUIRE a paper referral that you pick up at your primary care physician’s office. It often takes three to five days for you to obtain the necessary referrals. If a referral is required by your medical OR dental insurance, it is your responsibility to obtain the referral before you are seen by our office. We are participating members in many medical and dental insurance plans. Please contact our office to see if we participate with your plan.
